E-Coating

Magneto’s high-performance anodes close the electrical loop in the e-coating process

Magneto is perfectly positioned to provide anode solutions for e-coating. The process of e-coating – an abbreviation for electrophoretic coating – is where the coating materials (resins, pigments, additives, etc.) are dispersed in water and held in a bath. The parts to be coated are immersed in the solution and an electrical current is passed through the bath using the parts as an electrode, causing the coating materials to adhere to the surface. The anodes close the electrical loop.

Our anodes have a long heritage of performing for this market and our customer-first approach is industry-leading. We will deliver the solution you need, with quality guaranteed, when you need it.
