Filter presses from Evoqua can be ordered with custom built platforms, conveyors, feed pumps, cloth washers, dumpsters, chutes, drip trays and even special chemical-resistant paint.

We offer a range of additions for our filter press line to fit your requirements.
All accessories are designed as separate modules and can be engineered to fit all Evoqua owned brands: JWI®, Passavant, Perrin, USFIlter®, and Envirex® filter presses, even competitor filter presses can be upgraded with Evoqua accessories

Filter Press Chemical Resistant Paint

Evoqua's Nicklad® 3000 environmentally compliant paint is Evoqua's chemical resistant coating for filter presses, drip trays, dumpsters, platforms and other surfaces that might be exposed to liquid or vaporized chemicals. It comes in a range of colors depending on your brand or application, and the chemicals in your slurry or process.

Filter Press Cloth Washers

Whether your filter press is used for mining, flue-gas desulfurization, municipal waste or any other process, a cloth washer can extend the life of your cloths and possibly your press. Used mainly for press sizes 1200mm and higher, the cloth washer rinses your cloths with different types of washes, from plain water to acid mixes, depending on your application and type of filter cloth. An automatic cloth washer saves potentially hundreds of man-hours over time, manually scraping cake from the plates and cloths.

Filter Press Conveyors

Filter cakes from our filter presses must be disposed of, and one way to transport cake and other material is by conveyor. If your receptacle is away from the filter press the best way to handle that material is by conveyor - it's fast and reliable!

Filter Press Drip Trays

Filter cakes from a filter press often drop onto drip trays, which open like bombay doors, and drop the filter cakes into dumpsters or trucks. We design drip trays specific to your filter press and its dewatering process.

Filter Press Dumpsters

Filter cakes from filter presses need to go somewhere and it's easier to specify your material handling up front than later on! We design and build dumpsters of all sizes to literally fit your needs.

Filter Press Platforms

Filter presses don't always sit on the ground. Often they're up on a platform, dumping filter cakes into dumpsters or trucks. We can also build custom platforms for many other uses.

Filter Press Pump Skids

Evoqua's Pump Skids are designed for the convenience of our filter press customers, and to increase the efficiencies of the filtration process. The filter press must be fed, and the pump skid is designed specifically for your filter press.
