How do I apply for a role?
To apply for our roles, you will need to submit your application through SuccessFactors. Please click here to view a list of our open positions. You can click on the “Apply Now” button on the top right corner of the job posting you are interested in. From there, you can follow the prompts to finish your application. You will receive a confirmation email once you have successfully submitted your application.

Can I apply for more than one job at the same time?
You are welcome to apply to any position you are interested in. However, we do recommend you apply for up to 2 to 3 roles where the position requirements best match your qualifications.
Do you offer entry-level positions?
Yes, we do offer a variety of entry-level positions.
Do you offer part-time positions?
From time to time we offer part-time work, but is not a common practice.
What opportunities do you have for students and recent graduates?
We are currently expanding our University Relations Programs. We do have an internship program where students can work during the school year or in the summer. We primarily make those offers to students in the fall.
We currently have a 2 year rotational Leadership Development Program and are beginning to build out a Sales Talent Accelerator Program. Many of our other roles are suitable for recent college graduates as well.
Do you have an employee referral program?
Yes, we have an employee referral program where the referring employee is eligible for up to $2,000 depending on the position hired for.

What can I expect from the hiring process?
Our team will review your application and reach out to selected candidates for the next steps. Our interview process is designed both for us to get to know you and for you get a better understanding of the role, our business, and our culture. You will meet with the hiring manager, team members, and employees from other groups via phone, video, or in person. We will want to know more about your work history, education, and how you can bring value to Evoqua, while also giving you the opportunity to get answers to all your questions.
Are there opportunities for remote and hybrid work?
Yes, some of our roles allow for a hybrid work environment. Other roles may require you to be on site to perform the work.
