They show how to conduct our business in an ethical and legal manner, and explain the laws, regulations and policies we need to know and follow.
The Business Conduct Guidelines also provide direction on where to go when we have questions or concerns. If you are not sure what the right thing to do is in a specific case, there are many sources of information available to help, including your supervisor, Human Resources Representative, Legal Department or Compliance Officer. We are all expected to report violations of these guidelines. To do so, a Compliance Helpline is available 24/7. And remember, Evoqua will not tolerate retaliation against you for reporting misconduct or concerns.
