The Evoqua FCPV cartridge is comprised of a 0.2µm rated validated, pleated hydrophilic PVDF membrane over a non-woven polypropylene support layer. Code 0, Code 5, and Code 7 configurations are available in 10, 20, 30, and 40-in lengths that are 100% tested in manufacturing to ensure absolute bacteria retention with typical titre reduction of >107/cm2. FCPV cartridges meet current USP Class VI Biological Tests for Plastics, with a validation certificate available to support the bacteria challenge results.

Supported single layer membrane ensures strength, while exhibiting low pressure drop and exceptionally high flow rates. FCPV cartridge filters can be sterilized by autoclaving.
