The Hy-Lite has green and red LEDs that continuously display water quality relative to the setpoint. When the water is "good" the green LED is illuminated. If the water purity falls below setpoint, the red LED flashes, the red LED flashes and the built-in alarm sounds. The alarm can be silenced by pressing the front label membrane switch (also available without alarm). The integral sensor is designed for installation in standard threaded tees. 3/4 inch polypropylene fittings are provided with light. Unit construction is of trouble-free stainless steel and ABS.
Hy-Lites are available with fixed setpoints most commonly used in two-bed and mixed-bed service DI and other applications. 25, 50, 200 and 500 kilohm-cm; 1, 2, 3 and 5 megohm-cm. The Hy-Lite is powered by a plug-in style 12VDC transformer. Up to 6 Hy-Lites can be powered by a single power supply by connecting the Hy-Lites to each other making for a clean install at the wall outlet.
